Harewood House Kite Festival

The Harewood House Kite Festival has become one of Yorkshire’s most popular dates for the diary with the skies above Harewood full of colours and shapes for all our visitors to admire.   For those who prefer something on the ground, there’s lots going on for everyone, including a visit by The Crazy Bears and the Ilkley Toy Museum, fun family activities, Teddy Bear trails and much more.  And if you’re feeling brave and energetic, then Zorbing might be the one for you.  Whatever your age, look on and enjoy or take part in our mini-events taking place throughout the Festival:

-    Falconry displays
-    Kite making activities
-    Biscuit decorating
-    Face painting
-    Puppet Shows
-    Stilt walkers
-    Zorbing (inflatable ball in which you run, roll or just fall over!)
-    Teddy Bear Parachute drops.

Tickets available on the Harewood House website or by calling 0113 218 100
